DG Talent Consulting uses your data and CV in connection with a DG Talent Consulting process and your CV may be passed on to a DG Talent Consulting Cclient. If you upload your data and CV we use this information to match you against job openings, advertised or in a discreet search.
During a process with DG Talent Consulting, you may be asked to file a personality test or an Assessment. These tests and assessments will only be used in connection with a specific process at DG Talent Consulting in combination with the CV and a personal report produced by DG Talent Consulting. DG Talent consulting is obliged not to pass on the “raw” personality test or the assessment results to a third party, and to destroy them according to the law – “The Act on Processing of Personal Data”.

As part of the DG Talent Consulting quality assurance, you accept that DG Talent Consulting may contact reference persons approved by you and DG Talent Consulting.

We will only use your information in accordance with this Policy, or where we are required or authorized by law to disclose your information to others or have your permission to do so.
