Our people

Dora Gyorgy

Dora has been building up, developing and supporting multicultural teams as a strategic HR Advisor/Leader for more than 15 years. She has extended experience in building up organizations from scratch, scaling up startups and organization development and redesign. After several years at management consulting firms (PwC, Deloitte) Dora focuses on strengthening unique company cultures, building holistic people frameworks based on clear values and principles and develops leadership teams.

“Happy people make more money” – Dora believes in a culture that cares, gives room for ideas and empowers people to speak up, take risks, fail and learn from it, these elements make the business grow and thrive as well as its people feel involved and trusted. A culture based on mentoring and regular feedback gives the people the feeling they are valued.

  • UAE-KSA- Egypt: scaling up a startup in a critical growth period as an Interim Head of People
  • Germany, Switzerland: organization redesign projects at startups, Onboarding process design and implementation, Fostering remote culture

Rita Salfay

Rita has more than 16 years of HR consulting experience, she is also a mental health professional, and a trainer. She returned from France in 2007 and has been working in the field of HR since then. With her extended experience, her work is now based on a solid foundation. As a consultant, she gained insights into every kind of industry across a variety of fields, has built up sales teams, operations, IT, engineering, marketing, HR and more. Additionally, she is an expert in organizing and facilitating assessment and development centers for evaluating personal and organizational competencies, coaching and developing individuals and teams. Rita believes in life-long learning, she always keeps herself up-to-date with latest coaching and developing trends as well as she is keen on discovering new techniques, recently working on a training program for teams with animals, who seems to be very happy and benefial partners on these occasions.

Anna Fischer

Anna decided to channel her knowledge in the field of people development into a professional practice in 2012. At the beginning by fulfilling interim HR positions she had the chance to experience first-hand how the wonders of supporting company success by turning to people and truly care about them. Following this one-year period, she decided that she wanted to take this approach to companies that are open to modern people-oriented methodologies. In the past more than 10 years, she has deepened the self-realization of more than thousand people, thus supporting them in resolving difficulties and conflicts. Over the past decade, she has supported nearly 30 organizations with her expertise in organizational and leadership development, as well as her work as a coach and trainer.

Recent projects she is proud of:

Supporting the growth of a Germany headquartered multinational company. Anna and Rita are involved in the final stages of the recruitment process for various divisions (finance, engineering, administration, IT), assisting in the decision-making process using a unique Assessment Center (AC) program they developed. They are providing specific trainings and leadership development, coaching. They have been a trusted advisor of this organization for 5 years now.

Providing comprehensive monitoring of one of Hungary’s most prestigious and internationally recognized wineries, along with executing organizational development tasks based on diagnostic strategies. This ongoing collaboration dates back to 2017.
